I have thousands of books in PDF format, as far as NVC have the book(s) DVD, audiobooks...
A mixture of those 3 for many other topics.
I am glad the pink noise is coming in handy, I have been meaning to get the protocol sent to me, it came on paper with the CD in OR. If you go to hyperacusis.net (Hyperacusis and Tinnitius Awareness Network) and go to the forums they are very familiar with the protocols, this is the same thing they do with multi thousand dollar generators and white noise, but the volume level for TRT (tinnitius retraining therapy) protocol may be different then general broadband noise therapy, as long as you are not straining to hear it as that can initiate stochastic resonance.
I am utilizing it as well though could be more diligently with headphones, need a better set really. Just make sure you do't overdo it on the volume level, e.g ipods can get up to 115dB or something crazy on full, and 85 at 3/4, so a bit below this point should be the real max, luckily I can re-define a new max on the newer nanos.
I used to have an FTP site long ago, would have to look into how to do that (cost) effectively and efficiently.
Another option, if you have a PDF file or something similar Gizelle, or anyone, is to have a copy shop print out the book and bind it for you, as long as it is a cool place and won't grill you on copyrights, as that situation varies depending on the book and it's better to just not have to deal with it. I do enjoy printed books the most, for readability, though if someone had one of those e-book readers, a hacked version of the one amazon is selling for instance, the kindle, it would be a good substitute. I gave away many of my paper books in OR, unfortunately. Ones I would of kept in hindsight, was at the advice of someone when planning another way of life.
I lost my copy of "Ask and It Is Given" by Jerry and Esther Hicks.
Does anyone currently have a copy I may borrow? I am happy to pay for shipping

Brian, I will mail you a copy of mine this Tuesday. You may keep it for as long as you wish. I have not gotten back to it as there are so many other books that are calling me at this time.... (like NVC) ... No need to pay for shipping. I got it
