I Will Allow Myself To Flow Without Judgment
“The excellence of daily life finally depends not on what we do, but on how we do it.” – Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi.

When you have purposed to participate in the flow that is a life of one experience building on another, you acquire knowledge and skills that prepare you to journey with accountability.

It is important for you to be conscious of how you came to this committed participation. As you honored desire with your attention, you became conscious of need. Your diligent consideration of need put you on the path to purpose through intent. You have begun to make conscious commitments in light of the authentic self.

These commitments are an outcome of attention fixed on core values. Attention and understanding given to each of your core values allows these values to move together in a balanced cycle. Your balanced attentiveness is your guide on an otherwise treacherous journey.

Confidence is a treasure sought by many who do not purpose to enter the flow. Keep your eyes fixed on the flow unfolding before you. Do not be bothered by these narcissistic fishers. They come ill-equipped, stand on the largest rocks and cast disingenuous ideas into the flow.

Your confidence is the result of allowing your core to flow without judgment. The source of your confidence is deep within who you are – your wiring. Values identified and defined help bring language to your core to articulate who you are in a conscious expression of authenticity. You journey while employing skills congruent with the language spoken from your core. You express authenticity because you have unashamedly accepted who you are.

The space to be messy...without needing to clean up the messiness right now.

Alex and to everyone who posted on this thread --- WOW. There is some really inspiring and breathtaking sharing of wisdom through words, photos, energy, love and lyricism. I LOVE IT!

I have become too serious lately. I find that I connect most with ecstatic energy: laughter, play, yes sometimes sarcasm does it for me too. I connect with delicious food and with the play that is (usually) behind bedroom doors too.

This week I intend to reconnect with that which I get pleasure from for it feels so cleansing and true to me. I have lately been in a place where I was feeling ashamed of a part of my journey that it seems had to be to bring me to my next place of BEing. I will allow the joy of curiosity into my life!

Otter:
Playfulness

Otter is ready to introduce you to play.
Otters are honored in both Celtic and Native American cultures as the masters of play. To watch an individual or a family is to begin to understand that it is possible to see life as a game to be enjoyed, rather than a burden to be somehow endured.

Part of Otter's vibrant energy is associated with its deep connection to water, where this animal spends most of its time. Water symbolizes receptivity, allowing life to be rather than stopping the flow by worrying about things which have already happened and about things which may never come to pass.

For those of us who wonder how we can surrender our seriousness and learn to be playful Otter's behavior provides a clue. These animals are intensely curious, often appearing alongside a human's canoe or rowboat so that they can investigate its occupants. When we are curious we are interested in our world and eager to explore it. We treat what we already know as pieces of information which can be discarded if they lose their relevance. As we shed that which is not needed we become lighter and more playful.

In this context a healthy dose of Otter energy can also teach us to detach from our problems, to be interested in them and curious about possible solutions. With this perspective we can find answers as easily as Otter catches fish.

We can take heart from another aspect of Otter behavior. Baby otters aren't born knowing how to swim; their parents teach them. So we can learn to swim playfully and joyously in the flow of life.

I see the light of the new dawn at the end of the tunnel.
I hold the little one close and whisper reassurances in her ear.
I take my few final steps...
