For those of you who may regularly read and contribute to the forum topics I have offered over the last 6 months, I wish to share that I have just recovered from a long illness and intend to return to leading discussions when my energy is fully renewed. My gratitude to all of you who have brought their attention to the forum threads and shared your hearts in them.

A great deal of human energy is spent in mental loops wrapped around the apparent paradox of duality/division and the experience of “oneness.”  Consider a phrase such as “I am one with the universe.” Such a phrase suggests an “I” and a “universe,” two entities, while claiming a oneness as the true state.  I invite the reader to consider that the idea of oneness vs. duality itself is a false dichotomy, an illusionary conflict we create in our minds.
