TIRED EYES

I wrote this poem over 10 years ago.  It means more to me now then ever before.  It speaks volumes to me because at the very end it expresses the RIGHT NOW moment that I AM FEELING.  I just never knew it before.  Never knew it until NOW.  The poem makes reference to the past and the future but the last sequence is talking about RIGHT NOW.  Gosh!!!  Over 10 years later ......I just never knew it until NOW.  The ironic thing is that it is titled TIRED EYES but for the first time I feel like my…See More
