I just wanted to share this, one of many things I learned today in my session with Brian.  For some silly reason, I "thought" that presence was "goal to aquire for" some how, hehe, now writing that I see how funny that really sounds. :)  I learned or had it brought to me, with a beaming ray of light today, that presence is not a goal that can be aquired, it is not within a "plan".  Even to think of becoming present pulls you out of your presence.  It isn't something you can say to yourself "… Continue

Sitting on my patio this morning, having a moment with my coffee, a mama deer and her baby walk down the street, right in front of me.  I was suprised it is a residential area, but it was like a gift to see. I watched them quietly as they walked together, the baby looking like bamby all spotted. I love special non-planned moments like this. : )… Continue

There is an inner place in which the calm, unhurried, natural of life is felt.
