I've called in on two occasions and the sound healing is very interesting. Shri Param generates some pretty powerful vibrations which are meant to heal the memory of trauma at the cellular level. The idea is that we should all have new bodies that do not carry the past but our tension is stored and passed on to new cells because of cellular memory.

Take a half cup of raw cacao and grind thoroughly

Allow one cup of goji berries to soak in water for 2-3 hrs and then blend

Add cacao and blend both into a smooth syrup

Place syrup in small pot and heat lightly while adding the following ingredients

1-2 tsp of green-blue algae
1-2 tsp of carob powder
1 tbsp of maca root
1-2 tsp of coconut oil
